Menu Design - Dessert Restaurant Concept
I live for dessert, and so I dreamed of a restaurant that featured only that. Introducing Cream: a restaurant I came up with myself and decided to design a menu for… just for fun. I imagined it to be located in a tourist spot like Las Vegas. The marble seen throughout the book was inspired by the marble pattern often seen in cake and ice cream and also gives the design a sophisticated feel. Warm oranges, creamy yellows and rich browns evoke thoughts of chocolate and frosting.
Menu Design - Italian Restaurant Study
One of my favorite design projects in college was for a ficticious Italian restaurant named Francesco’s. My design was inspired by the architecture I saw in pictures of Venice. The arches that frame the menu remind me of the arches adorning the many bridges that cross the city’s canals.
